This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on Epaidera. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments on our platform.

1. Overview

Epaidera requires a one-time registration fee of $5 USD to activate your account and participate in our referral program. Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. This policy explains the limited circumstances when exceptions may be made and refunds might be issued, as well as the process for requesting one.

2. Refund Eligibility Exceptions

Refunds MAY Be Issued When:
  • Payment Processing Error: If you were charged multiple times for a single registration due to a technical error
  • Account Not Activated: If your payment was received but your account was not activated within 48 hours and our support team cannot resolve the issue
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made duplicate payments
  • Platform Error: If a platform error prevented you from accessing basic features immediately after payment
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued When:
  • Your account has been successfully activated and you have accessed the platform
  • You have earned any referral commissions
  • You change your mind after registration
  • Your account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • You created multiple accounts (only one account per person is allowed)
  • You provided false or misleading information during registration
  • More than 7 days have passed since your payment

3. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide Required Information

Include your registered email, username, payment date, payment method, transaction ID (if available), and reason for the refund request

Wait for Review

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond to your email

Receive Decision

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

5. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used
  • Processing time varies by payment method (5-10 business days)
  • Bank or payment processor fees may apply
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. Commissions and Earnings

Please note the following regarding commissions and earnings:

  • Commission earnings are non-refundable
  • Pending commissions for unverified referrals may be cancelled if your account is closed
  • Withdrawal requests in progress will be completed before account closure

7. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to Terms of Service violations:

  • No refund will be provided for the registration fee
  • Pending earnings may be forfeited
  • Completed withdrawal requests will still be processed

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly for any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Forfeiture of any pending earnings
  • Permanent ban from the platform

9. Policy Changes

Epaidera reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
