Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where multi-level marketing is legal
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You must not have been previously banned from the platform

2Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

  • You must provide valid government-issued identification
  • You must use your legal name as it appears on official documents
  • You may only maintain one active account
  • Accounts are non-transferable

Security Obligations

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are liable for all activities under your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for security concerns

3Compensation Plan and Earnings

Commission Structure

Our multi-level marketing compensation plan includes:

Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50
  • Payment processing: 3-5 business days
  • Available payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrency
  • Tax responsibility: Members are responsible for reporting income
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension

4Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Required Conduct

  • Provide accurate information about earning potential
  • Respect all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain ethical marketing practices
  • Protect the reputation of Epaidera
  • Support and train your network members

Prohibited Activities

  • Spamming or unsolicited communications
  • Misrepresenting earnings or benefits
  • Pyramid or Ponzi scheme participation
  • Cross-line recruiting or poaching members
  • Creating fake accounts or synthetic networks
  • Harassment or unethical behavior
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to manipulate the compensation system

5Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

Epaidera owns all intellectual property related to the platform:

  • Software code and platform design
  • Brand names, logos, and trademarks
  • Marketing materials and training content
  • Proprietary algorithms and business methods

Member License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Use approved marketing materials
  • Access and use the platform for business purposes
  • Refer others to join Epaidera
  • Participate in the compensation plan

6Termination and Suspension

Voluntary Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • Written notice required via email
  • Outstanding earnings will be paid according to policy
  • Reactivation may be subject to review

Involuntary Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
  • Threatening platform security or integrity
  • Failure to maintain required documentation

7Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

We encourage members to resolve disputes through:

  • Direct communication with involved parties
  • Mediation through upline leadership
  • Official support ticket system

Formal Arbitration

By using Epaidera, you agree to:

  • Binding arbitration for all disputes
  • Arbitration location: San Francisco, California
  • Governing law: State of California
  • Waiver of class action lawsuits

8Limitation of Liability

Epaidera's liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not responsible for individual member success
  • Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 6 months
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Not responsible for third-party actions
  • Platform provided "as is" without warranties

9International Compliance

Legal Requirements

Members are responsible for:

  • Complying with local MLM regulations
  • Obtaining necessary business licenses
  • Paying applicable taxes in their jurisdiction
  • Following advertising and marketing laws

Restricted Countries

Epaidera may not be available in jurisdictions where:

  • Multi-level marketing is prohibited
  • Economic sanctions apply
  • Legal compliance cannot be ensured

10Amendments and Updates

We may update these terms periodically:

  • 30 days notice for material changes
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Major changes may require re-acceptance
  • Historical versions archived for reference
